Introduced remote maintenance service

In November 2006, we introduced our remote maintenance service, this was for companies that were unable to afford their own Discoverer administrators and report writers.

This service was aimed at small organizations not in a position to hire a full-time Discoverer administrator and report writer, we solved this problem, the type of support included:

  • Maintaining and supporting the Discoverer installation.
  • Writing the required workbooks.
  • Setup & configure Discoverer installations.
  • Providing training.
